Each month, songwriters from all around Columbus bring their newest songs to the stage. But this is a bit different than an open stage. 

Songwriters share the stage, performing one song at a time. We encourage all who attend to write feedback about the songs that are presented, so that the songwriters can learn what the audience thinks about their music. We pass audience comments back to songwriters at the end of each event. Songwriters: Perform at your own risk!

All songwriters are honored at the end of the event. However, based on audience feedback, CSA awards three songs. 1st award is two free hours of professional recording time at John Schwab Recording Studios. 1st and 2nd are invited to perform in front of a music industry panel at the end of the year. And other awards vary throughout the year.
